| In practical construction engineering cost management, the imbalance of development of cost management system in every phase of buildings life cycle -on one hand cost confirmation and control of construction phase had been developed adequately, on the other hand, the cost control system of another phases (especially prophase)is comparatively feeble - make it difficult to carry out life cycle costing of Construction across-the-board. Therefore, for the practical demand of prophase costing, it is immanent demand of prophase cost management to perfect the method and system of cost management, The dissertation began from reformation of estimation index, on that the cost control of construction prophase is based, with the system surroundings being ameliorated, try to establish a computer analyse system for the technic & economic index of construction projects, which based on computer & internet technology.The estimation index is important for construction prophase costing, but there are disfigurements in the estimation index, so that prophase costing lost the direction, the documents of costing are based on the estimation index. Through check the method of working out the index, we recognized the demand of index, wich made it possible to re-estalish in the estimation index.. To the process of working out the index that need to collect and deal with vast data, with computer & internet technology being introduced, the actuality that there is no standard measure in working out the index was changed, during designing whole new system of cost analyse, it was taken in concerned that there are lots of experience of innovation of cost management system, and we successively got model A and model B system. Through thought, practice and improvement, we explored and discussed series problems, analysed simply the movement law of construction cost, on which our design of analyse standard form and principia was based.In the finality, the problems requiring further studies are discussed. |
