Research On The Construction Of Construction Cost Indicators For Land Consolidation Projects In Shanghai

When economic development into the new normal,and maintain sustained investment in infrastructure construction has become to maintain growth,and promote the development of an important means.In this new form,the construction market has become increasingly busy,the land consolidation work the annual capital investment reached tens of billions more.In the face of this emerging industry,the cost of its research is still relatively weak,the cost of the study is relatively lack of indicators.In this paper,the content,model research,influencing factors and practical application of construction cost index are discussed in this paper,which is used to guide the engineering practice.First of all,the paper puts forward the research background,purpose and significance,the status quo of domestic and foreign research are analyzed and summarized,in order to determine the entry point of the paper.This paper argues that,with respect to the foreign land engineering cost research deeply the status quo,domestic,whether in the decision-making departments or departments of practice are not a reference basis and need to construct the research deeply in the land cost index.Secondly,this paper analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of land consolidation cost index in Shanghai city.To "key elements" as a framework that combines the expert analysis and investigation,the land consolidation project cost form such as 9 to do for the design of the questionnaire,using method of weight analysis for various elements of the importance of sort illustrated and find cost index construction methods and management ability is the key factors influencing the construction cost index.Again,based on the above research,this paper establishes the index model of land consolidation project cost and makes the verification.Using the fishbonediagram,multiple regression analysis method,factor sensitivity analysis and other methods,to solve the promotion strategy of "cost index construction methods and management skills".Finally,the stage of Shanghai Chongming County Xincun Village municipal land consolidation project cost management as a case,using the factor analysis and index construction method,to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the construction cost index model.
