The dissertation subject originates from the structure design for ShanghaiLujiazui Times Finance Center.There is a SRC beam-transfer storey to sustain abovecolumn's vertical design load of 54000 kN on the ground-floor of the hign-risebuilding.First of all,correlative research of recent times are summarized in this paper.Secondly,according to the structure codes ,the whole building was calculatered by thestructural analysis and design software SATWE. Then, the 1:5 scale model staticexperiment and Ansys numerical analysis were conducted for the ground-floor'sSRC beam-transfer storey .On the basis of either test data process or finite-elementanalysis or comparison between test and numerical analysis result, the behaviours ofthe SRC beam-transfer storey joint are studied and the SRC beam-transfer storey'sultimate above-column vertical load under normal use state and failure state aregiven.Finally,the paper summarized the whole research work and puts forwardseveral suggestions to improve and optimize the structure design of the building'sSRC beam-transfer storey.Research achievements presented in the thesis have been applied to the designand construction in Shanghai Lujiazui Times Finance Center.Present building datasurveyed on the spot shows the SRC beam-transfer storey is safe and reliable.Thedesign method and the study results of Lujiazui Times Finance Center'scolumn-beared SRC beam-transfer storey may serve as references to the similarengineering projects.
