| Downhole Helico-Axial Multiphase Pump have the dual characteristics of pumps and compressors, it can be connected in series. This pump not only can pressurize to transmission medium, but also can adapt to large range air space ratio operational mode with high efficiency. At present, the design method of this pump is not as mature as single phase pump. In order to exploitation and development this pump, building up and debugging a special test-table of gas-liquid pump. On this basis, taking the new pattern multiphase pump prototype as candidate, accomplish the experimental study on characteristics of multiphase pump transients liquid and gas-liquid two-phase. Through the experimental study obtain the characteristics curves of multiphase pump. The test shows that the results of the test are consistent with the conclusion of theoretical analysis. Meanwhile the results prove that the design approach of the multiphase is right. In order to complete the numerical simulation on internal flow and operating characteristics of multiphase pump pressurize unit, establish the perfect CFD analysis model and calculate the internal flow and operating characteristics of different operational mode. The numerical simulation display that the curves of simulation's changes trend are consistent with the experiments. At the design operational mode, the results of numerical simulation and experiment are in coinciding. If out of operational mode, the numerical simulation is higher than experiment. Meanwhile discuss the pump efficiency and put countermeasures to the factor which impacts pump efficiency. By this way can provide technical reserves and foundation for the multiphase pump's design in the future. |
