Impeller as one of the most important parts in multiphase transportation pump is composed of whirly impeller and stator impeller. have significant influence on the performance of the pump, so the research to it have high significance.the stator impeller of gas-oil multiphase transportation pump is the one of basic unit t..the stator impeller translates kinetic energy into pressure energy. To scheme out highly efficient and stabile multiphase pump with excellent capability, the key is the design of whirly impeller and stator impeller. High efficiency impeller can be designed by studying the interior flow field of impeller and finding out the law in it, according to which highly efficient impeller being optimized. this papper research effect of the stator impeller. gas-oil multiphase transportation pump inner flow.This thesis starts with the stator mpeller of YQH-100 oil-gas multiphase transportation pump. According to change wrap, numbers of the lamina and the aerofoil .Last, YQH-100 impeller is final optimized in both air compressor and Axial pump two sides according to above results, and better design is worked out than before.This design uses Pro/E to build three-dimensional model and GAMBIT to plot mesh, and the model is simulated, analyzed and drawn stator impeller capability picture by FLUENT to confirm its total capability. By analyzing the velocity flow drawing,pressure drawing,the volume drawing and so on,the structure of the compressed stage of the multiphase transportation pump is studied and find the illogicality of the design,then amend the illogicality of the design. the stator impeller has long- -short blades.It can minish eddy and weaken the gas-liquid separating in channel,advance the efficiency of multiphase transportation pump. It is proven by results that there are improvement of multiphase pump in efficiency, efficiency of stator impeller and there is prominent effect through design, which offers useful data to further work.
