The fly-ash is powder form grain that been reclaimed from firepower plant chimney flue gas, belonging to the solid industry waste. Because the firepower occupy the higher comparison in our country current energy constitute. For this reason fly-ash exhausts equal bigness every year, result in land waste of resources problem, saving the ash handles economic problem, pollution of the environment problem etc, is increasingly outstanding. On the other hand, as volcano ash quality material, the main chemistry composition of the fly-ash is live SiO2 and Al2O3, which can create gummy performance material if cement is, and replace parts of cement to been applied as live material in cement concrete, improve concrete performance at the same time. The efficiency status of fly ash in concrete lie on itself characteristic, and is also decided by other gummy material. Fly ash characteristic fluctuation is obvious because of raw coal source and species, burning craft, reclaim fly ash craft, reserving fly ash method, in addition there are diversity in different cement mineral component. If want to develop fly ash effect and guarantee concrete's using technique function, we must insure fly ash correspond with cement to provide reactant and reactivity interface. Numerical analysis method in application in this research, can make sure reasonable amount and overbalance coefficient, through creating experiential formula of cement-fly ash concrete's intensity, designing cement-fly ash concrete mixed ratio on intensity equivalent principle base, it's practical meaning to guarantee concrete road using performance, improve using amount and using level of fly ash, and instruct practical construction.
