配合比与含水率对生石灰桩径膨胀率的影响Abstract In recent years, because of its simple process and low cost, the quick lime pileis frequently applied to engineering. It is particular used in collapsible loess areathat accounts for about 60% of the total distribution of the loess areas, the use ofquick lime piles is more extensive, from reinforcement of collapsible loessfoundation to the building trestle foundation. The quick lime pile shows itsadvantages everywhere. The research on quick lime pile was found having its features and scope ofapplication by investigating the theories and construction techniques of quick limepile.Therefore, after describing the brief profiles of the collapsible loess and quicklime pile, this paper which aims at the collapsible loess area and the quick lime inLanzhou tends to study the effect of the quick lime pile materials to pile expansionrate on the basis of previous studies. The experiment consists of two steps, the firststep is to study the effect of the quick lime pile material mix proportion on pilediameter expansion rate. It shows that high quick lime content of the quick lime pilecould easily lead the pile to be crushed and the size of diameter also has influence onthe pile expansion rate. The second step is to study the effect of the quick lime pilematerial moisture content on the expansion of the pile diameter, the results show that,in general, the higher the moisture content of quick lime pile, the greater diameterexpansion rate is. The formula of changes between moisture content and pilediameter expansion rate can also be obtained by numerical regression, only whenmoisture content is in a certain range. Meanwhile the formula of moisture content onthe inductive expansion is tested by studying field test results of the residential areaof Lanzhou Jinchuan Science Park. Checking results show that the inductive formulafor the moisture expansion accords with the reality. Judging from the curve on expansion rate of the quick lime pile diameter andthe embedded depth, there is a certain relationship between them. In general, thegreater the embedded depth, the less the expansion rate is.
