| Steel constructed residence is the direction of the domestic residentialconstruction, and the research on the new-typed steel structure housingsystem is the only way to popularize the steel constructed residence. Theconcrete-filled rectangular tubular structure has many advantages like bigcarrying capacity, good plasticity and tenacity, fine fire-resistance andantisepsis, nice seismic behavior, flexible architecture layout and greateconomic proficiency. In addition, it makes a good use of the effectcombination of the steel tube and the concrete, well exerts the advantages ofthe two materials, possesses its peculiar characteristics compared to concretestructure, steel structure and concrete-filled circle steel tube structure, andespecially, it has the advantages that other structures can not compete inresidential construction.This thesis puts forward a new-typed completely assembledconcrete-filled rectangular steel tube residential structure system and providesthe calculation theory analysis and the optimization analysis on the basis of the combination of the concrete-filled rectangular steel structure andresidential construction by means of the large collection of the relevantmaterials and the theory analysis, and calculation studies and comparisonanalysis. The central studies and the results are as follows:1. to make a overall study on mechanical performance and structure system,and to propose a new-typed completely assembled concrete-filledrectangular steel tube residential structure system by combining theadvantages of the steel structure, concrete structure and the concrete-filledsteel tube structure, through the comparison analysis of the concretestructure, the steel structure and the concrete-filled circle steel tubestructure, and making references to the residential construction abroad andat home.2. to build up the standard component and node of the concrete-filledrectangular steel tube residential structure system so as to realize theconcept of complete assembling, and apply the gangue industrial waste tothe standard component so as to save energy according to the recyclingeconomic concept.3. to make a study over the calculation theory of the standard component andnod, to program on standard beam, column and nod, and to make initialresearch and discussion over the programming of the completelyassembled concrete-filled rectangular steel tube residential structure system.4. to make a systematic study on concrete-filled rectangular steel tubestructure system, with the 6-stored and 12-stored residence as the object,by means of SATWE and MTS, focusing on the system optimization andthe realization of the complete assembling, accordingly to reach theconclusion and provide the proposal on the structure project through theanalysis of the 6-stored frame system under the different column-net andof the 12-stored frame system, frame-brace system under the samecolumn-net.The new-typed completely assembled concrete-filled rectangular steeltube residential structure system enriches the structure system of the housingconstruction and the calculation theory, has higher economic value, agreeswith the national conditions and sees the good prospect. |
