Energy is the most important problem in the world now, and the new alternative fuel becomes a hot topic for solving energy crisis. Coal bed gas is an efficient substitute for gasoline, and its resource is quite abundance in our country, so now it is a new orientation to utilize and study this energy. At the same time, it is another efficient path of saving energy and reducing pollution by using ECU.In term of feature of gas, new software programming is introduced in the paper, and the experiment research for OLC of AFR control as well.contents follow:1. Programming for the Serial Parallel Interface communication between master and slave microprocessor;2. Modify the circuit for collecting signal;3. Applying the proper FLASH MEMORY and programming for it;4. Improve on the program for ignition control module;5. Improve on the supervised software, design the MAP GENERATING module and FLASH CONTROLLING module;6. Do researching on AFR control on test board and programming for AFR CLC control.The results of experiment prove that the improving ECU can run stably, furthermore, it can let engine more efficiently run optimizing all kinds of parameter and in different circumstance.
