Expression Of Architecture Environment

The start point and the ending point of architecture creation are the same: environment. Architecture constitutes an important part of urban space and environment where citizens live and do activities. The existential form of architecture and urban architecture environment mutually act on each other. In the process of architecture design, the outside environment of architecture is the basic content of discussion and one of important factors that condition the composition of architecture.This thesis starts from three aspects of architecture environment: natural environment, artificial environment and human environment to discuss the connection between architecture and environment factors. It emphasizes on the analysis how to create buildings that can express characteristics of different environments. It explores the forms and characteristics of architecture on the basis of the influences on architecture by natural environment, artificial environment and human environment. The thesis states several design principles how architecture coexist and have conversation with environment in architecture design. Finally, this thesis further analyzes the architecture works designed by some schools, masters and the writer which can clearly express the characteristics of environment and particularities of space at different levels.
