The Analysis And Measures Of Indoor Environment Of The Guest Rooms In Nanchang Star Hotels

With the hotel industry's pursuit of quality of life,the diversity of its function has the rapid development.The hotel's indoor environment,such as sound environment,light environment and heat environment,has the multiple effects on Physiological and psychological aspects of the customer.In order to better understand the physiological and psychological needs and master status of hotel industry,the paper study the relationship of hotel environment and physiological and psychological.Investigation and analysis were conducted on starred hotel,the conclusions are showed as follows:(1)Human physiological needs of the hotel's indoor environment in: hotel indoor light conditions should be able to reach the user can afford comfort illuminance and luminance contrast,glare and the need to avoid the state;noise sound control room to ensure the customer's normal rest or work undisturbed,to prevent noise on hearing;room environment to prevent extreme cold and heat affect the person's mental state.(2)Human psychological needs of the hotel's indoor environment in: well-designed hotelindoor environment for customers from the visual,sensory,auditory and other sensory positive factors on the hotel indoor environment,produce such as warm,romantic,become masters,like psychological feeling of home away from home,in order to obtain customer approval.(3)Based on the needs of the performance of the body of the hotel's indoor environment,psychological and physiological needs,this thesis developed in accordance with the purpose and subject of the investigation of the corresponding questionnaire,different objects do the appropriate investigation,combined with field research substantially Environment and hotels Physics environment measured results,survey results obtained as follows: First,combined with improper handling of light,easy to cast a shadow on the eyes and cause visual fatigue.Second,excessive noise sources inside hotel rooms,poor sound insulation.Third,set the air conditioning system due to improper temperature distribution is uneven,and there is a condensation outlet.Some suggestions are put forward according to the existing status:(1)Design region switches respectively to meet different demands of guests and lead to energy-efficient.In order to avoid glare and shadow,reasonable design of illumination and lighting method.(2)In order to reach the comfortable and quietly situation,the site of hotel should be reasonable selection.What is more,Good sound insulation materials and component are essential.(3)The design of air conditional ducts and the terminal forms must rely on results of reasonable calculation.With the selection of Tuyere materials,reasonable controlling the temperature and amount of blast,the dew of air outlet can be suppressed effectively.
