Application of the electromagnetic clutch as the implementation of a wide range of automation components, their normal work-friction in the temperature control of all allowable range, but when faced overload, such as extreme consecutive slippery conditions, it generated a lot of heat if they can not be timely dissemination-Locking makes friction, sintering and burning coil overheating, causing electromagnetic clutch not working. The electromagnetic clutch friction-temperature field analysis has done a lot of research, but on the entire electromagnetic clutch temperature field and thermal stress distribution system analysis has not examined, nor the establishment of a comprehensive research system. This paper first electromagnetic clutch from the classification, structure and properties of action, analyze its sources of heat, heat transfer application of the knowledge, the establishment of the electromagnetic clutch temperature heat balance equation and boundary conditions, followed by work under the principle of electromagnetic clutch and heat transfer process on the temperature field complex boundary conditions, the appropriate simplification, which established a working condition and the actual match the mathematical model. Using finite element analysis and theoretical calculation of the means of combining the electromagnetic clutch of electromagnetic force, the surface heat transfer coefficient of friction and friction-generated heat combination was analyzed, the systematic analysis of the electromagnetic clutch electromagnetic force, temperature and heat the size and the stress distribution. By changing the electromagnetic clutch conditions, the impact of the temperature field were compared, analysis, draw useful conclusions. This study electromagnetic clutch for the design and lay the foundation for sound, electromagnetic clutch drive system is viable, design, and other necessary basic conditions for the design.
