In this article, the research of the principal and subordinate system of the Testing Charger and Inverter on DC600V Trains is expatiated in detailed. DC600V Trains need to have a integrated experiment on high-power inverter when A1 or blooey repair. While A2 or A3 repair, 25T trains need to have a integrated experiment on the inverter and charger. These experiments are intricacy, high-request. Without special equipment, use of universal facility and equipment to carry out experiment which may not only need much workload, time costs but also can not fulfill the qualifications of technology. The system adopt automatic computer control and collection skill that can have a whole testing on various of inverter and charger (four factories product now) which on DC600V trains, it can reduce the working intension and avoid some influences by man. The system of testing inverter and charger on DC600v trains use the industrial computer as a controlling center, which adopted the Advantech Co.Ltd's PPC-123, that is a LCD-screen and flat integrative computer, conformity CPU mainboard, LCD screen and the touching screen, the embedded mainbox with slinky appearance and compact size, becoming a highly integrative and consummating the I/O communication a LCD-screen and flat integrative computer. The testing software is designed under the environment of VB, the whole progress can finished automatically. This system have test and estimate the capability of the inverter and charger on trains, collect, save, require, print the data and so on. In this article, the writer give a particular explain about the hardware designing, type chosing, software compiling and debugging the both. The text write on the line of the rainroad testing DC600v trains actuality, expatiate the developing progress of the programming function, hardware chosing, software compiling,arithmatic, debugging of the system, discussing the electric source designing and sensor chosing, developing the whole progress of sample, the last charpter is the summarize.
