As high-power electrical equipments are used more on trains, and more railways are electrified, China has begun to use Power Supply System of DC600V on passenger trains to replace Power Supply System of Axle-generators or Generator-locomotives that used before. DC600V Three Phase Inverter on Trains is designed specially for trains with Power Supply System of DC600V; its main effect is transforming DC600V of Power Supply Generatrix to AC380V/50Hz to meet the need of electrical equipments on trains.This thesis has analyzed the function demands and parameter needs of three phase inverter for Power Supply System of DC600V on trains. Based on the design principle of large-capacity, integrated, fully-controlled, high-frequency and multifunctional, the thesis design Three Phase Inverter System which uses TMS320F2812 chip as controller. Then the thesis completes the design of three phase inverter's main circuit, and also designs the drive, protection, snubber circuit of switched components. After comparing the digital control methods and adjust strategies, the system uses irregular sampling as PWM pulse- generator arithmetic, double closed loop feedback control system with real-time value as PI adjust strategy. System uses Integrated Development Environment CCS for TMS320 chip as software platform, and completes programme with C language and assemble language.At last, the thesis builds up a model for this power supply system, and does emulation tests with MATLAB. The result of emulation experiment shows the output voltage waveforms of power supply system tally with theory conclusions. Then it uses half-practicality experiment to validate the result of emulation experiment. The results show that the system in this thesis can satisfy the demand of Power Supply System of DC600V on trains.The Three Phase Inverter System reduces the complexity of control circuits with digital method, raises the flexibility of system design and production, uses more powerful industrialization high-speed digital signals processor and advanced control method to improve the waveform of output voltage and enhance the dependability of system. Compared with traditional power supply, it has the advantages of higher integration, smaller bulk, high efficiency, more flexible control, stronger ability of anti-disturb, more convenient repair and higher intellectualized. It will raise the reliability of Three Phase Inverter on Trains, make it easier to repair, and let down the cost of equipments. It has widely space of development.
