Along with the fast development of the social economy system, the system complexity also appears. One of its performances is that the emergency occurs repeatedly. Such emergency as natural disasters, project accidents and terrorisms in realistic society not only pose huge threats for the normal activities of the individual, community and organization, also seriously affect the coordinated development of the entire social economy system. Thus, carrying on correlated researches and applications of emergency, reducing and avoiding the harm and loss brought by the emergency as far as possible has urgent practical significance.The VR technology is the key for the multidimensional digital space and also very hot these years. Using the VR technology to do the simulation of urban planning and the complex scene brings the reformed development of such application fields. To use the VR technology in the application of the reducing and defending the calamity, to build a real-time VR system for the equipment of the intelligent building is for the research of using the equipment to direct people to escape from the emergency.Firstly, this paper gives the needs of the system and the construction model of the system by the methods of the software technology, which presents the theory and the application methods for the similar system construction. Through the detailed analysis, based on the systematic view, with the methods of the system project, this paper proposes a common module of information system structure oriented the research based on emergency and mathematical models for information transmission and relationships. The relationship model for emergency provides a quantitative fundament for data analysis of information system oriented to emergency. Relation model analyses the relationship among emergency, and provides the theory reference for analysis of relationship among them. Secondly, the algorithm of the branch systems and the communicate methods are introduced in the paper. These algorithms are based on the system demand, using the methods in the real development, which represent the methods of processing data for the branch systems. These also give the theories of the data decision for the lift motion, safety door motion and the fireplugs.Lastly, the details for the system construction are given in this paper, the real-time VR simulation system for equipments of the intelligent building is built for the research of using equipments to direct people escape from the emergency, which also certificates the correct of the system structure model and the mathematical models and fill the blank of this application.
