Study On The Authenticity Conservation For The Historical Block Resource And Its Appraisal

The historic block is significant part of a city and has special function resembling to body pulse, which shows the characteristic of culture, economy, social and ecology. Nevertheless, it faces great challenge of material aging and culture ignore, which becomes more and more severe due to lack of protection fund and unbalanced of protection measure. The special value of the historic block is lashed as the dissolve of its resource, specially, the historical and cultural heritage.In the theory research, the meaning of authenticity is analyzed from many views following the urban regeneration theory and practice. On the basis of that, historical block system with mutiple attribate and structure function was set up and its dynamical mechanism were construct as well as the resource attribate was analyzed deeply. In the authenticity protection method for the historic block resource, the living objective of historic block was confirmed from the sustainable property of historic block protection. Further, the authenticity protection frame for the historic resource was set up.In the demonstration research, the present condition of resource authenticity protection of LiHuangpi road in Wuhan was analyzed with the validity and difference appraisal, and the activating methods of authenticity protection for the historic block resource were put forward. The index system of historic block authenticity protection was also set up adopted analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to give the appraisal result of authenticity protection for the historic block resource. Following that, the foundation, model, approach and mechanism of authenticity protection for the historic block resource was studied.
