With the development of global economy, it's important to consume energy proplerly. In order to balance the use of electricity energy in the day and night, ice- storage application of technology popularize. But it needs more equipment to make and store ice, increases the first investment and the power consumption is greater than the routine system actually. The method of solving this problem is to combine together with low-temperature airflow. In an air conditioning room, people often complain about"too hot, too cold or the poor indoor environment. Actually these factors are closely related to indoor climate condition, especially indoor air velocity and temperature field. In most circumstances, these problems can be easily solved by simply change the local velocity or temperature. With the development of computer and turbulance simulation technology, there is a rapid progress in the development of control equation for the prediction of indoor air velocity and temperature field based on computer and numerical simulation, namely CFD, it has many advantages such as low cost, quick speed, comprehensive information and can simulation different conditions. Scholars from both home and abroad have made great efforts in this aspect, they develop some software. Fluent is one of earliest developed CFD software in USA, it is very powerful and has wide application.According to the above mentioned, this paper first selected Fluent software to simulate air conditioning lab in Huazhong University of Science and Technology, selected the reasonable math model and made reliable simplification of the definition of air inlet model, then compared the simulation date with the ones acquired by the experiment, thus to validate the correctness of this simulation method. Then I reconstruct the existed air conditioning system into cold air distribution system and simulate it. During the simulation I discussed the possibility of the routine diffuser used in cold air distribution and revised the buoyancy due to the difference in temperature. During the analysis, compared the simulation result with scholars'theory, thus to validate the reliability of this simulation method. This paper simulated the above two air conditioning conditions, made some revision during the simulation process; aim at making some explorations in conducting correct and reliable numerical simulation of indoor air velocity and temperature field, and does the pilot study for the possibility of normal diffuser applied in cold air distribution system. Thus provide a convenient way for HAVC design and of application significance.
