Cold air distribution system has obvious advantages of reduce system cost, lower floor height, reduce fan energy consumption compared to the conventional air conditioning system.However, when using low-temperature air supply system, due to the decrease of the blowing air temperature, the reduction of the air volume will cause a corresponding change of the entire air conditioning system of the processing apparatus; room and not prone to the "cold" dropping or "hot" floating workspace air mixing on human thermal comfort feeling extremely unfavorable. This prompted us to explore the distribution of air-conditioned room air distribution analysis meets human comfort requirements.Cold air distribution system design compared with conventional air conditioning systems are substantially the same, but the need to consider more problems due to the reduction of the supply air temperature. Cold air distribution system duct resistance of the duct cross-sectional area of the duct was heat and temperature rise, duct insulation requirements detailed comparative analysis, optimal design based on the cold air distribution design.
