Port electrical power system is the driving force for the entire port, which plays an important role in the port work. Along with the development of ports, local power supply system has been improving, and the electrical power load has been increasing, so the requirements for the quality and efficiency of the power supply become more. Such a large power system, if running in artificial mode of the regulation and management, will confines the production, construction and development of port. Therefore, improving the existing scheduling system, and developing an automated management system is an imperative way to meet the current and future needs of port development.Concerning about the detail operation of the three departments of scheduling, maintenance and substation, and basing on the deep study of .NET and Microsoft SQL SERVER, the thesis proposed mainly finished the work below:The design of holistic scheme of port power supply scheduling management system, which includes the analysis of system demands, design of system aims and functions and software structure.The design of the database, which includes the method and process of database design, and the scheme of database of port power supply scheduling management system.The design of system security, which focused on the study of the security solutions to the port power supply scheduling and managing system, such as system login, information transfer, data storage and system recovery.In this paper the structure of the three-tier system applied to the system, improve the reusability of the system module and enhance the maintainability of the system. The authority on the role is used, which give the scheduler,the workers or the substation staff the implementation of their respective watchkeepers only within the purview of the operation. In this paper the design of the system achieved good results.
