| Maintenance scheduling plan has great significance on the power system operation and stability. With respect to the centralized maintenance policy of State Grid Corporation, optimization of the maintenance scheduling plans and the management process for power systems, as well as the security auditing of the plans with automation teclinology could avoid repeating power failure for the electric power customers and improve the power supply service of the power supply company. This thesis studied the power system operation experience and focused on the design and development of the maintenance scheduling management system (MSMS), which has important theoretical value and practical significance.The main contribution of this thesis is, as follows:Firstly, the key technologies for designing MSMS were studied. This thesis studied the common information model (CIM) and its data interface of power systems with respect to the IEC 61970 standard. Practical mathematic models for both maintenance scheduling plan optimization and security auditing were presented in this thesis, as well as the optimization solving algorithm and the maintenance scheduling management procedure, and the responsibility of different posts in MSMS was confirmed.Secondly, based on the business requirements of the MSMS, an engineering design solution for MSMS base on MVC structure and business-driven concepts with the key technology mentioned above was presented. The technology structure, functional module, database structure, the network frame and the security mechanism were all illustrated in detail.Thirdly, the design practice and typical application of MSMS in Chengdu power grid were illustrated in detail, the successful experience of which could help the development of MSMS in other power grids. Function modules, performance testing method, performance indexes and application benefits of the system were also introduced in detail, which showed that application of MSMS in Chengdu power grid had achieved great economic and social benefits, and the power supply service was also improved greatly. |
