Research And Development Of Heat Meters For Public Building And Commercial Building

Along with the implementation of the heating computation charge policy, another policy was issued by the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China that the heating measurement transformation of government institution office building should be completed before the heating period in 2008, therefore in later period of time, the main point of the heating measurement transformation is the heating computation of public building and commercial construction, the inhabitant plot, heat transfer station and heat source. It is the emphases of this paper to develop the heat meter which is fairly, accurate, reliable in allusion to above heating system using water as the heating medium.The flow sensor, the temperature sensor pair and the calculator are sub-assemblies of a heat meter. In the flow sensor selecting, it was researched that the applying fields of the standard orifice flow meters, the venturi tube flow meters, the elbow flow meters and electromagnetic flow meters in the heating computation; the Pt1000 platinum resistance was chosen to be the temperature sensor; programmable calculator was used to calculate. CJ128-2000 "Heat Meters" was referred which was issued by the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China.The installation, application, maintenance of heat meter was stated in this paper after the choosing of sub-assemblies. Design for the heat system whose design discharge is 20t/h, pipe Diameter is DN100 was calculated and the application of Host Computer was compiled then.
