It also strengthens the consciousness of saving source.Charging heat by heat meter is more scientific, reasonable and convenient for both users and heat department.Firstly the way of heat measuring and the system construction were introduced,then the paper run back past and actuality of heat measuring technology at home and abroad,pointed out the problems in the heat measuring field of our country.After this,the paper expatiated the principle and function ,brought forward the technical points in the empolder of heat meter,As the keystone of the paper, the develop process of heat measuring system was introduced in detail.The principle and specialties of several common type of flowmeter were analyzed and compared combining the situation of our country.After detailed comparation of their performance ,the non-magnetic flow sensor was chosen as the base meter of the heat measuring system. On the temperarute measuring,the design improved on the Wheatstone bridge to realize the temperature signal acquisition using the PT 100. The LCD display circuit ,valve perform control circuit, the power maneging part and so on were considered and designed particularly.The relevant experiment were done to validate the precision of the circuit, and the syetem power consume were tested to make sure the whole system can run safely in the guide line time. As for the software,the modularization and sequal ways were adopted to achieve the basic heat measuring and control function ,The data interprocess of contactless IC card is the emphases in the part of software .In the end, several constructive idears on betterment of the design and application of heat measuring system based on contactless IC card were put forward .
