Practice And Application Of Computer Mornitoring System To New Station Of Jingpohu Hydropower Plant

The new station of Jingpohu hydro-electric plant was builded in the 1970's, the equipments were out of the date. Although the alternation has been made in recent years, the starting, stopping and the adjustment of the generator units didn't meet the precision demand. With the increasingly fury competition of the electric market, the applications of full-scale automation control and computer supervision system are imperative under the situation.Based on the computer supervision system of hydro-electric plant, a structure mode of the new station of Jingpohu plant is presented, as well as the structure design and software development of LCU, the start and stop flow program of top layer computer, the design of communication system and the interface design of the system. Meanwhile, an introduction on the application and operation of NC2000 developed by Nari the company is carried out. As a conclusion, the system presented in this paper has been into practical operation in the new station of Jingpohu hydro-electric plant safely and reliably, which provides real time safeguard of the power station.
