Study Of The Quality Management Of Construction Of Steel Structure Project

With the rapid development of railway construction in our country,a large number of railway station platform and steel structure canopy successively construction are used.The modern railway station steel structure canopy construction difficulty becomes bigger,more and more high to the requirement of the construction quality and safety.This study in view of the present steel structure canopy,the present situation of the engineering construction quality is not easy to control,based on the current steel structure project quality control theory and method,it analyzed the characteristics of the steel structure engineering quality control,the cause of the difficulty and steel structure engineering quality accidents,as well as the present situation of quality management.Analysis of the steel structure engineering construction quality control target and method of total quality management theory to build a steel structure engineering construction quality control system.In combination with the engineering practice in the quality control system,the establishment of the steel structure construction quality control method,quality control program,formed a quality control program.Baoding station canopy steel structure engineering,for example,it is introduced in detail in this study,building steel structure engineering construction quality management system of comprehensive practical application,the content of the steel structure engineering quality test is designed.Engineering practices show that the established quality management system of steel structure canopy engineering construction quality management play a good role.
