In recent years, with the development of science and the development of people’sdemand, quality management concept has from special quality inspection into thegeneralized comprehensive quality process control, quality management is no longer theproduct quality, including working quality, service quality, etc., it exists in any socialorganization.Quality management system is the foundation of an organizational qualitymanagement, establish and perfect quality management system represents theorganization’s overall management level, illustrates an organization’s quality to meetrequirements degree of the customer, but how the working quality, and its evaluationhas many factors and evaluation, it is need to use the concept of fuzzy mathematics to theevaluation indicators to illustrate quantitative evaluation work quality fit and unfit quality.This paper from the following aspects of the step by step for the engineering qualityprocess control was analyzed and quantitative evaluation research.First, to domestic and international quality management theory, the concept of quality,the development of the theory of narrative process, summarizes the finishing qualitycontrol analysis of several kinds of tools, and puts forward the quality evaluation method,quality management system management theory, etc.Second, according to our country’s construction engineering practice, this paperanalyzes the construction engineering quality management problems, and the constructionengineering quality management optimization measures were studied.Third, according to the Qingdao Wanbang center steel structure project practice,research and analysis the entire process which the steel structure project quality control ofan organization, and the use of the quality evaluation tool for final project completion onthe quality evaluation.In this paper, the quality management theory in the application of steel structureindustry makes a deep research and analysis, is the construction project qualitymanagement model, to improve the quality of the construction project management levelis of profound significance.
