As the railway traffic and transportation industry developing high speedly.The train has played an important part in national economy life. But the accident of the train jump the track happens times, it is a hazard to the safety in train operation. So it is very important to development a practical and good economic device to prevent the train jump the track.This system studies and analyses the final cause of the accident of the train jumpthe track------Consider the gravitational center of the train rising and deflectingwhen the train is running. Then think out a method--- based on virulent techniques as a development platform using the two-dimension acceleration transducer to test the train swinging amplitude. And this device can help the train driver operate the train well. This paper first introduced the state-of-the-art of the studies of the train swing in national and foreign countries,analyse the feasibility of transfer accelerated speed to displacement ,then entry a device using the LabVIEW software produced by NI enterprise as development platform, attended necessary two-dimension acceleration transducer, signal conditioning module, data collected module, radio transfer module. This system can do the real-time on-line monitoring and provide the train swinging wave. The alarm limited value was set in this system. Sound alarm will work as soon as the value goes beyond the limit This system has several characteristics: Easy to operate and develop, high operate speed, low price, good augment ability.
