With the rapid development of China's hydropower industry,the installed capacity increasing,large and medium-sized hydro-generator group constantly put into operation,the stability of the unit operation has become increasingly important to the economic security operation of power grids.Hydropower unit running real-time monitoring,analysis,to improve the stability of the unit has a crucial role.How to improve the technical level since monitoring to ensure safe operation of the unit,is an important issue currently facing.At present,there is still a lot of hydroelectric power plant using traditional hardware-based monitoring system,this system has the function of a fixed,inflexible,low efficiency shortcomings.The virtual instrument LabVIEW software platform developed hydroelectric power plant condition monitoring system can well make up for the shortcomings of traditional systems,it combines data acquisition,signal analysis,display and storage in one,operational status monitoring equipment can complete vividly expressed,provide the basis for equipment status analysis and auxiliary operation.This paper introduces the composition and the current situation of the development of hydroelectric power station monitoring system,discussed the general structure of the hydroelectric power station monitoring system design,details intrioduces the system of sensors,signal conditioning,data collection devices and other hardware selection and settings,and the information acquisition module,data processing module and storage management software module selection and settings.Emphatically illustrates the monitoring system based on LabVIEW development the realization of each function module,the vibration information for the axis of waveform analysis,correlation analysis,path analysis,phase spectrum,power spectrum analysis,etc,combined with some examples made a concrete analysis on the vibration.throughthe simulation results of this study,similar to hydropower units to provide technical information in computer surveillance.
