With the hard work of the predecessor, the application software to calculation on properties of smoke flow in fire building has been open out. Compared with the experiment data, the simulation data are very close, and the exploitation of the application software is successful. But the application software also has some problems, limitations and bugs. Under the gain fruits, the paper's author does some improvement, and the application software becomes more consummate and more applicable. Shown like the follow:①Looking the ventilation fans as mass flow resources to describe the influence of the ventilation fans to smoke flow.The predecessor looks the fans as a branch of the ventilation tree. On the base of former linearity equations, they add the exhaust mass flow equation and the pipeline mass flow equation and fan characteristic curve equation to the former linearity equations. Figuring out the equations, we can get the pressure and the flux of every branch and mass flux and pressure of ventilation system. Using this way, we can accurately get the smoke flow property of rooms and the run of fans. But using this way we can't describe the instance that one ventilation system has a fan and a lot of exhaust places, and makes the program complexity and increases the run time of the software. The paper's author looks the ventilation fans and the exhaust fans as plus or minus mass flow resources to describe the influence of the ventilation fans and the exhaust fans to smoke flow.②Perfecting the theory that the optimum smoke extraction volume.Xie yuanyi and He sheng have done a lot of research on the optimum smoke extraction volume of high-rise building. The theory has become more and more mature. But we can't use it on the underground buildings, the air can't flow smoothly and there are not enough exits in it. If there is exhaust system and not ventilation system, the exhaust fans'ability will be decreased. So the theory is not integrity. In my paper, I study on the ventilation volume of the underground building and bring the ventilation volume to the system of the optimum smoke extraction volume and redefine the optimum smoke extraction volume of building and analysis the optimum smoke extraction volume of underground building combination of the evacuate analysis.③Compared with the entity experiment data and the simulation data validates the software and network model's correctness. It is also proved that looking he ventilation fans and the exhaust fans as plus or minus mass flow resources to describe the influence of the ventilation fans and the exhaust fans to smoke flow is correct.④Adding the model of a toxic gases CO, the software can be calculated for the moment nodes'CO concentration. And giving the Performance-based security criteria of CO concentration.⑤On the base of former smoke concentration parse, the paper study on the visibility of the fire room.
