In our country,concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST) arch bridges have become a new technology of the bridge construction in recent ye ars. It has the merits of light deadweight, great strength and strong distortion-resistant capacity. It can preferably satisfy requirements such as the materials for construction are saving, erection weightis light,the construction is simple,and bearing capacity is great.It is a kind of more ideal structure form for long-span arch bridges.As a new-style combined material with favorable mechanical behaviour fit for arch bridges, CFST has been geting broad application and rapid development.By using with practical CFST arch bridge engineering, the research in this thesisis concentratedon the construction technology and construction control theory of CFST long-span arch bridges.The main contents are summarized as follow:1 Together with the construction units suitable for the development of a major cross-, ultra-high, overweight hoisting cable system to improve the cross-stentless major cable hoisting system and make serious use of stent-arch bridge construction as viable hoisting cable.2 The construction process are multiple parameters (such as partial-top, arch axis and elevation changes, etc.) real-time monitoring system controlled by the large-span cable crane rigger arch beam, the system pegging Cable-Stayed deduction deduction for arch beam geometric precision and adjust successfully to a high-precision steel pipe arch-arch-long, concrete-filled steel tube ensures the integrity and stability, effective control of the construction process are arch axis geometric precision.As China's transportation construction of large-scale development in the rivers, deep valley on the long-span arch bridge construction, the suspension bridge will be more and more necessary for the purposes of long-span cable crane system installation components will be more and more projects, and has good prospects.
