Research On Designing Countermeasure Of Large Commercial Building In City's Hardcore

In recent 20 or 30 years,with the development of economy and society, commercial architecture's connotation is gradually expanding.Commercial building is transforming from functional form to business form and commercial facilities also have the tendance of integration of function, large-scales, compounding of space and traffic organization,what's more, the commercial space plays a important role among the cities.The dissertation focus on the large commercial buildings,and developd the topic by the way of the combination of market research,theories and practice(design of"Binxin Century"in Yangjiaping,Chongqing). And using for reference of domestic and overseas experiences,the paper discusses the design of modern large commercial buildings and studies the four difficulties of design of the similar projects:design countermeasure, interior commercial space design,humanistic design of outer space form,traffic organization.In the paper,the first chapter researches the existing condition and the characters of large commercial projects in domestic and overseas area,city's hardcore,then propose the purpose and importance of the research.The second chapter taking"Binxin Century"as example, starts with such viewpoints:the programming of larg commercial projects should obey to the commercial distribution of the city,then the conclusion of"the commercial combination must base on the sufficient market researches"also be put forward.The third chapter investigates the behavioral character of consumer,then analyze the ordinary setting method of every commercial functional spaces,then discusses the design of public space of commercial building. The fourth chapter investigates the design of outer space's form of large commercial buildings. It includes tow contents: the design of exterior appearance, the design of exterior spacial forms and exterior interface.The fifth chapter introduces the traffic organization of commercial buildings: the connection of commercial buildings and cities,the interior traffic organization of commercial buildings.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and the shortage of the design.The paper taking the design of"Binxin Century"as main example, summarizes few standpoints and explores some experience.Hope that helpful ideas can be supplied to the design of similar projects.
