The commercial space in China has been puzzled by the urbanism problems such as traffic issues for a long period. The old thesis are focus on the aspects of aesthetics, sociology and behavior psychology, and seldom pay much attention to the problems of the functions of the commercial space. Actually, we put aside a lot pending problems while constructing the commercial center. Therefore, the center becomes the burden of the cities. Now we are suppose to looking for a new method and direction to solve the current problems, so comes the trend of the urban holistic development. There appear the modern traffic tools such as the subway and the light way to help us to extend the both space beneath and above the ground. The multi-mensional development provides couples of new opportunities of commerce, meanwhile, the commerce also can provide the funds, which should be needed by the relevant development. And, the tridimensional traffic will generate a network of organism connection. Furthermore, it is important that the pedestrian space should be extend by this kind trend of development. The cities should be more humanistic as well. This method is much more a efficient idea, which employs in the protection of the historical streets and buildings.Actually, the mode of space development also brings us a lot of new subjects. The complex space underground and the transition space, etc. is still in the beginning phrase. The system of management of China is also under preparing for the coming holistic development. To sum up, as a new trend, this mode of space development becomes more and more close to us. Hence, to get better fore-research is really helpful to the future development.
