In recent years,our country has been carrying on the large-scale engineering construction continuously, architectural engineering accident and significant accident frequently occur, these become the focal point which the people pay attention many times. In order to guarantee the building safety, protect citizen's life and the property security, we must carry on the analysis of accident cause factor and how to deal with them. However, until now on, we do not have a definite standard for this kind of question solution can be used. So the further research for large amount of the analysis of quality accident and respect of treatment etc. of reinforced concrete structures are very necessary.Among all the reinforced concrete accidents, because of the various reasons that include the composition of concrete is relatively complex, the management of construction and the process of construction and so on, making the concrete quality accidents in a very great proportion among all the reinforced concrete quality accidents. So this paper begin with the reinforced concrete structure material, elaborating the primary cause of structural concrete accident and the basic processing step of solution.According to reinforcement project characteristic, we can expound the vital significance of the accidents analysis and processing.The analysis of quality accident is the premise of judging its properties and taking what measures of treatment,its objectives are to be preventing the deterioration of quality accident,creating normal conditions of construction,eliminating the exsit hidden dangers of engineering,preventing the accident occurring again,decreasing the loss.The treatment of quality accident is the requirement of eliminating the exsit hidden dangers by reach buildings'safety,reliability ,using all the function normally and the building'life,also ensuring the construction is normal.This paper has carried on the detailed description to the principle method of the analysis and processing of reinforced concrete structure accident, also has suggested the thinking mode that according to the appraisal from security degree of building, appraisal on reliability and the relative theories and methods of strengthening concrete structure reinforcement,meanwhile, has suggested the way of technology of the treatment which is used for quality accident of structural concrete. The author has selected two engineering examples, carried on the detailed description to the methods and steps of quality accident of structural concrete. Some problems were found in the construction and analyses of accidents were made quickly and objectively. Reliability of the concrete structure was appraised and processing plan was made to change partial joists into columns according to appraising results. Problems were dealt with according to the plan in time and lost was minimized since the project was finished in the time limit. In another project, too many cracks were found on the floor some time after it was completed. Analysis of the accident was of great difficulties and bifurcation comes out. Processing plan of this project was conservative and many carbon fibers were used. In the end it cost a lot and some function of the structure was badly affected. Comparing these projects, this paper summarizes the analyses and dealing plans of quality accidents of structure concrete and presents key points in dealing with quality accidents of structure concrete-quickly and scientifically. This may be help to deal with quality accident of structure concrete.
