Heart patients with cerebrovascular disease are the most dangerous disease, which can injure health deeply. The electrocardiogram is the main method and basis to check, diagnose and prevent the disease.The thesis introduces the design and implementation of ECG based on XScale PXA270 processor and Windows CE OS. With the high-powered microprocessor and embedded OS, the ECG has a kind operation interface, handles the requirements of high performance, supports plenty peripheral equipments and provides handy extensibility.The thesis is separated into three parts to describe the feature of our ECG system.Firstly, begin with the feature of the embedded system, the thesis introduces the selection of the system hardware, general and model design and a detailed analysis to the feature of XScale PXA270 processor.Secondly, the thesis introduces the feature of the embedded operation system, explains how to configure the Windows CE OS in some measure for our system requirement.Finally, the thesis introduces the software development based on Windows CE OS, explains the development of the ECG in detail.At the end of the thesis, we show the test result of the ECG system by sending simulation data.
