In order to adapt to the development of railway, China is actively developing CTCS(China Train Control System) system(abbreviation C3) which is suitable for China’s national condition, at present domestic al1-electronic computer interlocking system is developing rapidly, Electronic interlocking layer and presentation layer full electronic computer interlocking system implementation, so all-electronic interlocking system inevitably become the development trend of the C3 level train control system in high-speed passenger special line. The application of control, monitoring and supervision integrated of all-electronic execution unit in the C3, high failure rate and big maintenance intensity safe relays are comprehensive cancelled, the reliability and safety of interlocking system are effectively improved.According to the composition of full electronic computer interlocking system structure,and taking reference to the technical specifications and functional requirements of interlocking system in C3 system, this paper completes the following job:Discusses the new technological characteristics and interface conditions of the full electronic computer interlocking system, designs the overall structure of C3 level all-electronic computer interlocking simulation system, including monitoring PC, interlocking PC and all-electronic performance unit, prepared for software development. Gives module partition based on modular design thought, and gives software design scheme.Design the monitoring machine software development process in interlocking monitoring PC subsystem, and realize exact showing of station device by settings, definitions, and calling the station graphics. Systematic narrate the operation command input and the formation of the operational command system, and then illustrate the monitoring machine alarm function.In interlocking computing PC simulation subsystem, this paper introduces the static,dynamic data and its structure, discusses station type data structure, presents a new path search algorithm without round-trip and realizes it, analyzes and designs the operating command execution and access treatment at all stages, it also gives path processing in detail.At last, this paper discusses the communication between internal simulation system.Study to design respectively between the monitoring machine and interlocking machine,interlocking machine and communication mode between execution unit, the function of whole simulation system is validated and perfected by debugging together with other subsystems.
