With the development of computer industrial control technology including the intelligent embedded technology,field bus and network technology and safety related communication technology,the full-electronic computer interlocking(FECI)system with the feature of more rich function,greater control scope,smaller volume,simple structure,more flexible configuration and higher degree of electronization had become one of the main development direction of computer interlocking of China.The intelligent control of the trackside equipment in the framework of distributed FECI,will greatly enhance the level of function,control and maintenance of the railway signaling trackside infrastructure,and will "revolutionarily" improve the trackside equipment which is still used in the concentrated electrical interlocking system.The intelligent switch machine which has the most complex operation and control mechanism and is the only equipment that directly works on the rail is the key.The research contents are as follows:Through the analysis of domestic and abroad switch machine technology,this paper proposed a design scheme of intelligent DC electric switch machine based on the ZD6 series DC electric switch machine which is universal used in China Railway.Then the driver module,overload protection module and position module of the switch machine are designed;The mathematical model of the brushless DC motor is Established,and a brushless DC motor adaptive controller according to the mathematical model is designed.Then the corresponding Lyapunov function to prove the stability of the controller is constructed.This controller can improve the switch displacement accuracy and the optimization process to the rotation of the motor,under the uncertain condition of load and working environment;The function of the switch position of the switch by safety designing is improved,and the redundant displacement sensors are used to replace the opening and closing device which is easy to fault;The control unit software program is achieved;and the simulation platform of intelligent switch machine function structure is constructed to validate the control logic and function of the intelligent switch machine and the effect of adaptive controller.Finally,the experimental conclusion is given.
