The sun simulator is the important testing equipment which is for the sun sensor's ground-based simulative experiment,capability test and demarcation, the effect is that it simulates space environment and irradiation characteristic of the sun's rays on the ground, which is used for the simulative test of the aircraft in the space environment.The moving sun simulator is composed of the sun simulator noumenon,movement mechanism,sunlamp control cabinet and computer control system of the movement mechanism. The sun simulator is installed on the movement mechanism which has two rotational (pitching and azimuth) and two translational (lever direction X and Y) degree of freedom; and it sends parallel rays, the rotational mechanism can adjust the irradiation direction of the sun's rays, but the translational mechanism only can make rays translate, the direction can not be changed, the purpose is to enlarge irradiation range of the sun's rays. In general condition, the sun simulator is installed on the top of high precision revolving stage with three axes, the sun's rays irradiates downwards when it is working.This paper introduced components and work principle of the sun simulator control system detailedly , put forward translation kinematic mechanism design project and computer control system design , domination principle of servomotor base on virtual instrumention, and realization x,y axiles position and speed accuracy control of the sun simulator. settled control issue of the moving sun simulator effectively...
