Systematic Design Of Village And Town Houses And Primary Research In Building Technique

The development of village has many complicated problems, which relates to politics,society,economy, and so on . At present, the development of village is at the status of changeover, which requires a mode replacement from an old extensive one to a new intensive and continuable one in order to create a harmonious village. The village house construction is an important part of the New Village Construction. However, the old extensive and low-level construction mode brings many quality problems of village houses, and takes great pressure to the environment and nature resource. Therefore, base on the background of clay brick usage restriction, it is a great opportunity to find out intensive and green construction systems, to change the present extensive and low-level construction mode and keep up with the step of new village development.This article is base on the investigation of present production and living custom in Chinese village. Then we try to use the Systematic Design Method to optimize the present house construction status in countryside. Meanwhile, we accumulate the technique experiences of new construction system, in order to meet the requirement of future Housing Industrialization in countryside.Through this practice experience, we hope to grope a way to serve better in the construction of village house as an architect.
