Researching On The Land Using Strategy Of Hunnan New District In Shenyang

Shenyang Municipal party committee, the municipal government made a decision that construct Hunnan new district based on the technological industry development zone.They also promotted that construct new Hunnan into the "North Pudong ".Hunnan new district development construction started officially in October 15, 2001.Depending on the Shenyang technological industry development zone to construct Hunnan new district is Shenyang Municipal party committee, the municipal government's significant strategic action which face the new century, the welcome economy globalization adopts.On January 10, 2000 authorized "Shenyang City Overall plan" according to the State Council, Hunnan new district is the town center of Shenyang. It enjoys all the national technological industry development zone preferential policy. Hunnan new district's special strategy status has decided the importance land developing and using strategy of it. This article profits from the theory viewpoints of economic geography, the city geography, the regional economics, and the land utilization study. Based on the domestic and foreign's literature material, outlined Hunnan new district strategic status, 1994-2006 land utilization basic situation,Preferred the solution method to which existed in this period of Hunnan new district land developing and using strategy, suggested on the strategy of Hunnan new district land developing and using.This thesis focuses on following four parts:Firstly, the author makes an overview on the theory of land developing and using strategy at home and abroad. It can bring some help to the thesis.Secondly, analyzing the land using situation of recently years, educing the problems existing in this period.Next, analyzing the land using measures of Shanghai Pudong new area and Shenzhen city inspired some experiences for Hunnan new district.Last, making the measures to the continuing and recent work.
