The Research On Design Strategy Of Land-saving Residential District In Dalian

At present, our country has already entered the accelerating stage of urbanization; the land for urban construction is getting increasingly tense. According to the statistics, about 30 percent of our country's urban land is used to build residential district, and this rate is still rising unceasingly. Most of land in Dalian is on slopes, and the resource of land becomes lacking day by day. To meet the increasing house demand, and also have to ensure the basic plow land, the only outlet is to develop the land-saving residential district.The thesis first reviewed some theories and practice of land-saving in foreign and domestic, and illustrates the related concepts. Then on one hand, the thesis points out some matters of land-saving in planning and construction by survey which base on the actuality of Chinese residential district, and analysis the cause. On the other hand, the thesis researches the basic theory of land-saving, put forward that the land-saving residential district is advocated one kind of moderate land-saving. It should quarter to find an optimized balance between livable environment and land-saving from the view of Sustainable Development. And do further exploration in the comprehensive efficiency and Realize conditions. Base on above two vein foundation, the thesis takes sunlight as a research angle, through computer simulation design, from dwelling house and the housing monomer designs to research the influence factors of land-saving residential district design, evaluates each kind of influence factor to land-saving and livable environment. Base on those foundations, the thesis introduces the characteristics of sloping land, analysis the advantage and disadvantage to land-saving residential district. Finally, try to put forward some design strategy for Dalian land-saving residential district.
