In recent years,the development of the urban rapid serious threat to urban residents health,countries in response to the rapid development of urban and rural health issues,and in much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning(2016-2020),will be promoted to a national strategy,"healthy China" shows the national focus on public health.Proper physical activity is an effective way to improve health.Sports space is the main place for the public to participate in sports activities,and it is an important carrier to satisfy the residents' physical training.The current domestic construction of urban sports space more rely on the relevant national standards,not that coincide with construction capacity and demand,resource configuration of the lack of reasonable planning,physical activity participation of residents is at low level.At present,the state puts forward new requirements for the construction of sports space.The shenyang municipal government has also proposed new targets for the construction of sports facilities and sports industry.Based on the research of the new urbanism,demand hierarchy theory,location theory,healthy city public facilities,sports physiology and other related disciplines theory,absorb domestic and foreign construction experience,on the basis of the development of domestic sports space thought clear,first of all need to build in healthy pollution-free natural environment,at the same time,through the scientific selection and layout of land use,traffic convenience channel and means of scientific allocation of physical space planning physical space,so as to ensure the physical and mental health of residents and promote physical activity.The study in shenyang shorter development history,the rapid development of the sports facilities,muddy south of big proportion of the residential space in the area of proper as the research scope,through to the present situation of sports space in the area of investigation and the residents' behavior activity survey,analysis of residents to participate in the activities of sports law and the present situation of sports facilities.The study concluded that the sports space of hunnan jiancheng district in shenyang city has insufficient protection of land for planning land,unbalanced grading system,uneven distribution of sports space,and mismatch between supply and demand.Wait for a problem.Then it analyzes the influence factors of urban policy and planning,road traffic,urban other space and residents'demand on sports space.Based on the above analysis,the layout optimization method of the sports space of hunnan construction area is proposed.Through the above survey and analysis,to improve the overall public health as the purpose,according to the needs of residents to determine the standards and targets of sports space land.With Arcgis spatial analysis and geographic distribution of effective integration of regional resources,from the overall layout,planning and site selection,environmental optimization and management system to conduct a comprehensive optimization of muddy south sports space.Through physical layout and optimization of the space,improve the space environment and the service level,to help people an opportunity to increase the daily activity and movement,strengthen the communication between people,from the physical and psychological to improve the overall health of the whole society.
