A Study On The Coordinated Development Of The Protection Of Water Head Site And Its Village And Town

In Harmonizing the protection of headwaters region and the development of headwaters region towns is the precondition of city sustainable development. The conflicts between protection of headwaters and development of headwaters region towns restricts the economics heavily. How to protect the headwaters effectively as well as the development of economics is the important thesis of sustainable development.Headwaters region and towns in headwaters region are the main objects of this paper. By the experience of correlative research, the paper discovers problems in the development of headwaters region, and brings forward the suggestion and measures to harmonize the protection and development of such region .The paper is composed by four chapters. The first chapter sets forth the research methods, and expound the correlative theories and experience of headwaters region protection and construction. The second chapter analyzes the problems of development of headwaters region of Hefei. By the example of Dayang town(a town in headwaters region of Hefei), The third chapter sets forth the measures to harmonize the protection and development of headwaters region. The last chapter dicusses the total consideration of harmonizing the protection and development of headwaters region towns.
