Intelligent Control System Design Of Large Alumina-pneumatic Ship Unloader

Alumina-pneumatic ship unloader is a kind of high technology port handling equipment. The automatic Controllers of the ship unloader are also depend on foreign imports. Using microprocessor chips to achieve its control is of a relatively small study. It is of important significance to develop a kind of intelligent control system for raising the degree of automation of port machinery.In order to develop an effective control system, the paper studied the problems and design based on the principle of combining system requirements and the practical application of control theory. The core content of the paper is to determine the wind speed in the pipeline, to design the hardware and software of the control system, and to study the control algorithms.In the hardware design work, this paper made full use of other existing related control system modules, and the appropriate improvements were done to meet the control system requirements. In the software design of the system, we discussed the overall structure and composition of the system software, and designed some parts. Finally, this paper studied the system control algorithm as a supplement.
