Port bulk continuous ship unloader has developed a variety of models, which is the key link of reclaiming device technology of reclaiming device, performance is a very important factor affecting and restricting the continuous bulk ability and efficiency of the unloading ship machine. The complexity of the medium on mechanical properties of bulk cargo, bulk cargo complex movement in reclaiming process, as well as between the bulk material and the material reclaiming device of the complex interaction between the decision mechanism of the difficulty of reclaimer. Therefore, a major technical problem in the research of national economy development and the related mechanism of the main battlefield of reclaimer equipment excellent performance in it, to improve the unloading efficiency of bulk cargo wharf, reduce ship unloading cost, is of great significance to realize the modernization of bulk cargo wharf.Taking spiral part according to a newly developed L type continuous type screw unloader is studied. Taking spiral horizontally arranged around the vertical screw conveyor, rotary cut stockpile reclaimer operations, its buried depth can be controlled by the boom luffing mechanism. In this paper, the reclaiming device as follows.(1) Analysis of reclaiming mechanism and main structure of spiral simulation, describes the movement mechanism of material along the spiral groove on the material conveying, analyzed the mechanical analysis and dynamics. Spiral higher efficiency level set, taking flexible movement, this paper analyzes the spiral discharging technology, the reclaiming spiral trajectory. In taking and conveying process, the material will roll, roll mechanism of material also made analysis, get the free surfaces of the materials.(2) Factors affecting the ship unloader productivity spiral size, feeding speed, rotation speed, material properties and loading height and other factors, the structure parameters, the reclaiming spiral material parameters were analyzed, obtained pitch, filling factor on the productivity effect, establish mathematical model of spiral productivity, and optimizing operation in the optimization toolbox of MATLAB, carries on the analysis to the influence factor, obtains the optimal solution of spiral productivity. L type ship unloader with spiral blade pitch motion, analysis based on variable pitch material, study the force, it gradually smaller pitch can give the material more force, so that the material pressing and vertical screw between the channel, ensure the continuity of material.(3) Build successful in the factory test bench, design of the trials, the reclaiming rotating speed, rotating speed and a reclaiming depth variable is set to different values, the impact on productivity and screw torque, drawing the relation curve, can better guide the practical production and design specification.
