| The catenary chain bucket ship unloader is a kind of continuous ship unloader machine, which is mainly employed for the loading task of staple dry bulk of barges in inland river.This thesis utilizes the finite element software (Ansys) for the static analysis and the check analysis of the main body of the ship unloader, retrieves the development of ship unloader machinery and the exploring course of the catenary chain bucket ship unloader, as well as introducing the working principle and structure components of this ship unloader. According to the structure characteristics of the ship unloader, the main body is divided into two parts–cantalever girder and upright pole platform. The element of beam is used to simulate the blocks, while coupling mode is employed to linking the models of cantalever girder and upright pole platform as a whole so as to carry out the analysis and calculation. The result of the calculation shows that the stress of most of the structure is less than 175Mpa, which is lower than stress yield limit of Q235, however, overtop of partial stress value still exists, which are mainly distributed at the linking part between the front knighthead and main upright pole, at the plate supporting saddle of pulley, knighthead between main and vice upright pole. In connection with the phenomenon of overtop of partial stress value, some measures are adopted such as changing the partial structure design, substituting the material and so on. In addition to this, the loading of the finite element model is recalculated after being revising. It can be discovered from the result that the stress is significantly improved.By static analysis and intensity check of the catenary chain bucket ship unloader, the stress distribution and distortion situation of main body structure has been specifically, which provides technical basis for the technicians to improve and optimize the structure. In the meantime, the data is provided for the installation of ship unloader on the basis of the foundational stress obtained; while the analytical attempt about natural frequency and modal of upright pole platform is made to provide guide for further analysis. |
