| Based on the vibration and shock characteristics of the electronic equipment on vehicle, this paper analyses and discusses the concern of anti-vibration and anti-shock system design, and also considering the randomness of the isolation system's coefficients, systemic response characteristic was discussed through the assistance of practical engineering task.Through the test of field road running with equipment on vehicle, the response parameters of the anti-vibration and anti-shock system and the weak point of design was founded out. At the same time, it focus on the equipment's vibration isolator selection with the randomness of the isolation system's coefficients considered and the related parameter computational method. Based on the available anti-vibration and anti-shock system of engineer subject, the necessary environmental test was taken as random frequency vibrations, sine frequency scan vibrations for typical cabinet holistic anti-vibration and anti-shock system. The other hand, by study on the record of vibration and shock experiment, it offer a proposal get the system optimized for equipment and cabinet isolators arrangement, and cabinet interior isolation problem. |
