With the rapid development of the social economy,the construction of urban rail transit of our country also has entered a period of rapid construction.The advanced traffic system brings great convenience to people,but also caused some problems as like vibration effects.These vibration effects affect the accuracy of scientific research equipment in adjacent region near the traffic system.Currently,the evaluation method of vibration level caused by environmental vibration as like the traffic system is insufficient,especially in low frequency region.The most of the vibration isolator are using for reduction of high frequency nose,no effective vibration isolator that can be used for the low frequency nose which affect accuracy of scientific research equipment.Based on the situation as above,this paper is focused on the developing and experimental verifying a high-quality vibration isolator using for scientific research equipment in adjacent region near the traffic system.This paper includes four main sections as below.1.The propagation characteristics of vibration caused by the traffic system,the effect on the scientific research equipment in adjacent region near the traffic system,and the accuracy of currently vibration isolators are summarized.2.Developed a new high-quality vibration isolator using for scientific research equipment in adjacent region near the traffic system.This high-quality vibration isolator system contains air-spring,damper and concrete weight.3.Results of field testing of the new high-quality vibration isolator shows remarkable effect compare to the currently isolators on reduction the vibration level in wide range of the frequency.Test results confirmed that reduction level is above 10 dB for the range of frequency between 0.8-3Hz Reduction level is above 20 dB for the range of frequency over 3.0Hz.4.Finite element numerical analysis is carried out for this new high-quality vibration isolator.The comparison between numerical analysis and field testing show good accuracy.
