The Near-Infrared spectroscopy technique is the most advanced and attractive spectrum analytical technique since 1990's, praised as analytical giant. Because Near-Infrared technique has many advantages such as high analyze speed, low cost and no-pollution, it has been used more and more widely. Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) analysis technology is a physics method to analyze the matter's chemistry composition and content by its emission or absorption spectra reflecting its atoms'and molecules'characters. This analysis technology is mainly used for the qualitative and quantificational analysis for the organic matter, especially those containing the hydrogen-containing functional group. Near-infrared spectroscopy analysis technique refers to the spectroscopy, stoichiometry, computer application and basic measuring technique and so on, and it completes the design for optic-mechanical-electric integration.The near-infrared light could comparatively easily penetrate the matter. It could realize the non-destructive measurement without the chemical reagent and the pretreatment for the sample, that is to say, it couldn't pollute the sample or the circumstance. The near-infrared photon's energy is lower than the visible light's. The NIRS could measure the sample quickly, so it is suitable for the real-time and on-line measuring, including the measuring in situ. In a word, the features of NIRS analysis technology are quickly measuring, green environmental protection and low cost. So the application domain of NIRS analysis technology is quite extensive.Charge-coupling-chip has a short name of CCD. Making the charge as signal is their great characteristic, rather than it seems like others make the voltage or current as signal. CCD is a kind of photoelectricity-changed chip. It stores and transfers information as a format of charge package. Mainly it is made of photosensitive cell, input structure and output structure etc. The working process of CCD include produce,storage,transfer and readout four courses. USB4000 is a micro fiber spectrograph based on CCD product by a company of America named Optic Ocean, and the model of CCD is TCD1304AP made in TOSHIBA.The inherent software SpectraSuite of USB4000 is being scarcity with experiment analysis: firstly, inherent software can measure sample, but the SNR of data is too low, and the function of data processing isn't achieve standard for our lab, and the inherent software can't analyzing data real time. Secondly, the format of data storage is inherent, data or spectrum can be opened by the inherent software only, and we utilize other software analyze data is loaded down with trivial details.Therefore, in this paper, we are dead against these scarcities with instrument for the second develop part of software interface that don't alter the inherent mechanical framework, circuit and ray circuitry. We connect up USB4000 Accessory Connector and the serial port on computer. And we utilize a Class CSerialPort of Microsoft Visual C++ to design software interface. But, nowadays, many of computers and notebook PC have no serial port on them. So we design periphery circuit second develop base on second developed part of software interface. To design the module of interface switch with special CMOS chip CH341T so that the instrument USB4000 can communicate fluently. We compare the data of SpectraSuite with software of compile personally that to achieve the spectrum confirming. In part of data processing, we achieve the data standardization processing (central, unitary), and control MATCOM to mixed programme between VC and MATLAB. To realize the signal with yawp clear up disposal measure as'smoothness'and FFT. All in all, we supply a place for interface switch to keep on developing part of analytic software and a base of information disposal in the future.
