The new fracture splitting processing technology of engine block is generated as the developing of the automotive technology. As a new technology, fracture splitting process has the advantage of less processing, higher efficiency, less equipment investment, higher assembly precision, and more powerful bearing ability, etc. The application and spread of this technology is benefit for the automotive procedure and engine industry in China, which is of great significance to raise product quality, reduce costs, enhance economic efficiency, improve the competitive power in international market. Therefore, it's necessary to development the fracture splitting equipment of block which is adaptive in China.The research in fracture splitting technology of crankshaft block began late. So far, Only Rolling and Forging Institution in Jilin University developed and researched this technology systematically. They study profoundly about the fracture splitting processing parameters and factors affecting the quality of cracking, and design the preliminary design of the cracking host, automatic torque bolt assembly devices and cracking backpressure control institutions, which is the core equipment programmer. This programmer has innovation and reasonable technology parameters, which can takes the first place in the country. Backpressure system and the automatic assembly bolt system are processing important components of the device. Backpressure in the system is the mechanical systems, which should impose the backpressure at the crankshaft bearing cap bolt hole before cracking. Therefore, the back-pressure process for the entire system of processing quality is extremely important. The automatic assembly bolt system is the focus and difficulty of the whole automated assembly system. To adapt to the modern automobile and other mechanical and electrical products, high-performance, high reliability, high security requirements and the requirements of production automation, automated assembly systems bolts Research and Development has become the pressing needs of the entire industry. Compared with foreign countries,China's automotive products screw fastening technology and equipment is still relatively backward. It is not series and can't supply of badly needed tightening tools and equipment in volume. In order to improve their overall quality and enhance our international competitiveness, the automotive industry is toward to large-scale and automation. Quality and productivity on the assembly has put forward higher requirements, so the bolt system of automatic assembly is imperative.Following the characteristics of fracture splitting block, completedinstallation of the hydraulic cylinder in the back-pressure system design, themechanical parts of the system design of the back-pressure system and theautomatic assembly torque bolts, including the following:1) Completed the design of a back-pressure cylinder hydraulic system. Inthis paper, through analysis the working condition of the backpressuresystem, determine the working pressure through the material parametersof block, back-pressure cylinder load, back-pressure mechanism, andfurther identified the main structure of back-pressure cylinder parameters,the pressure of the step and flow, drafted the principle graph ofbackpressure system, and completed the back-pressure valve cylinderflow calculation and selection work. 2) Completed the designing of back-pressure system virtual structure. Employing the 3D graphics software, developed backpressure virtual assembly system, completed a back-pressure mechanism to complete the design work, including single column back pressure and back pressure mounting plate and gasket designing, oriented dynamic block and the block-oriented checking, and completed the upgrade of the back-pressure design, including preparation of the initial installation of back-pressure cylinder plate design, the selection of back-pressure cylinder upgrade.3) Completed for the preliminary design of fixed torque bolts. Through the dynamic analysis and fatigue strength analysis of fixed torque blot, which is used by main bearing caps, determined the scope of the preload, completed the selection of fixed torque wrench. Through the torque bolt assembly workflow system analysis, preliminary mapping of the system assembly and fastening device fastening the lifting equipment, conveyors, and carried out a preliminary design.Along with the development of the automobile industry of China, the local auto industry has the strong demand that the engine and other important components change to be the entirely local products, not just dependent on imports as it used to be. Therefore, the technological innovation on engine will have good market prospects. Owing to the production of high efficiency, low cost manufacturing, assembly precision, and long lifetime, the fracture splitting equipment of crankcase bearing block of engine this issues involved in , will certainly be welcomed by engine Manufacturers. As the important components of the fracture splitting equipment , the backpressure system and fixed torque bolt assembly system, which this paper is targeted at, has the significant meanings of localization in engine production.
