With the rapid development of transportation industry, especially in shipping, logisticshave a large of mass flow. Jib crane has a vital role to reduce transportation materialoccupied time and reduce ship berthing time. In the production design, the design cycle canbe short by using the simulation technology. In this way, not only may carry on thesimulation, testing and analysis on the dynamic performance of the system, but also mayhave a evaluation and optimization on the designed system.This paper mainly studied the following contents:First: According to a large number of relevant literatures, I studied the developmentsituation of crane at home and abroad, and understood the Application of the simulationsoftware of control hydraulic system on the market, then summarized the background andsignificance of the research.Second: Summarized the main application of hydraulic simulation software at present,and explained the Amesim’s modeling method and the simulation method.Third: Analyzed the working principle and control scheme of Crane’s hoisting, slewinghydraulic system. Made out the parameters on the lifting hydraulic system and the rotaryhydraulic system. Completed the main selection of hydraulic components and hydraulicsystem by using the method of parameter matching.Fourth: Established the physical model of hydraulic system of the lifting and therotating circuit, and got the simulation and analysis of simulation results according to thecalculation parameters of hydraulic system on the two circuit.Fifth: Analyzed the working principle and control scheme of Crane’s hoisting, slewinghydraulic system. Worked out the parameters of the lifting and the rotary hydraulic system.Complete the main selection of hydraulic components and hydraulic system by using themethod of parameter matching.This paper established model of the hydraulic system of the lifting system and therotary system by using the Amesim software. Simulation of each variable result is analyzedand studied for the system of the crane’s design and improvement to provide the relevanttheory. At the same time, the research of Amesim software’s application to crane system has the practical significance. |
