| The problem of traffic congestion has become an important issue which affect big cities especially the megalopolis in China, the problem of urban transportation has become an important issue that affects normal urban function exertion and urban continuable development. In order to solve this problem we need to take measures in both supply and demand aspects.Which needs not only to further strengthen the construction of infrastructure facilities but also to maximize the efficient use of existing road network. Both need to detect and evaluate the urban transportation performance.In this paper, according to the charactor of traffic flow facilities, in order to meet the evaluating need of urban transport managing department, with the data of morden traffic information collecting system, a multi-types, multi-hierarchies evaluation index system of annual(month) report is established which is based on the existing domestic and foreign transportation performance evaluation methodology. Meanwhile, Basing on traffic flow characteristic of transportation system and considering the reliability analyses of civil engineering network system and the theory, the paper puts forward a reliability index, and provides two types of method which is applied to evaluate Shenzhen's road network efectively.Finally, with the case study of Shanghai's transportation annual report and the case study of Shenzhen's urban traffic simulating system, the research of this paper is proved practical. |
